Compliance Status

The website is partially compliant with the Act on digital accessibility due to the non-conformities listed below.

Non-accessible Content

Despite our efforts, the following key issues remain on the site:

  • Insufficient contrast between text and background colors in many elements (e.g., in paragraphs, buttons, highlighted sections).

  • Incorrect order and hierarchy of headings, which hinders navigation with screen readers.

  • Missing unique roles/labels (accessible names) for navigation landmarks, preventing proper recognition by assistive technologies.

  • Links without meaningful text (e.g., embedded in iframes or buttons without labels), making their purpose unclear.

Preparation of the Accessibility Statement

This statement was prepared on 14 January 2025.
It is based on an audit conducted by AccessibilityChecker.org.

Procedure

Everyone has the right to request the provision of digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any of its elements. It is also possible to request the provision of information by means of an alternative access method, for example by having a digitally inaccessible document read aloud, describing the content of a film without audio description, etc. The request should include the requester’s details, an indication of which website or mobile application is involved and the method of contact. If the requester specifies the need to receive information via an alternative access method, they should also indicate their preferred way of presenting that information. The public body should comply with the request without undue delay, and no later than within 7 days of the request. If meeting this deadline is not possible, the public body shall immediately inform the requester when the request will be fulfilled, provided that this date does not exceed 2 months from the date of the request. If providing digital accessibility is not possible, the public body may propose an alternative means of access to the information. In the event that the public body refuses to comply with the request for accessibility or an alternative access method, the requester may lodge a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or any of their elements. After exhausting the procedure outlined above, one may also submit a request to the Ombudsman.
